A beautiful, peaceful apartment, and the host was friendly and generous. I definitely recommend this place!

It’s a simple place, but clean and nice. The courtyard is pleasant, and it’s super quiet.

We couldn’t reach the owner when the power went out at 10 p.m. on Saturday, so we had to manage by ourselves, and the disruption affected our stay. There are no breakfast options, and this accommodation doesn’t feel like either a hotel or a bed and breakfast, despite being listed as one. I’d avoid the "superior" room. The price is excessive for what’s provided.

Disappointing for the price. The apartment had no windows that open, so it smelled musty. There was no trash bag in the kitchen, and a used coffee pod was left in the machine. The shower tray doesn’t cover the whole bathtub, so the bathroom flooded.

I arrived very late at "La Gabare!" and called the host, who was really friendly and sent me all the information I needed by phone and text. The accommodation was super nice and very clean, and it works great for one or two people. I recommend it for a stay in Ancenis.
