We stayed for eight nights in June 2023, as a couple with our two-year-old, and found it well worth what we paid. We were there to work remotely, but the apartment also gave us a comfortable place to relax. The top-floor apartment with a terrace exceeded our expectations. Its location was ideal and convenient, and the covered parking spot was a definite plus. The building is fairly new and efficiently designed to make good use of the space, with tasteful decor. The modern equipment was well maintained. The staff welcomed us warmly and were exceptionally responsive throughout, always positive and accommodating. On the rare occasion when noise from construction on a neighboring property became an issue, the management dealt with our concerns quickly and tried to minimize the disruption. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

We spent five days last week in Cap Léa and Cap Pie, two magnificent apartments equipped so completely they felt like home. They were quiet and clean, with parking in the residence, right in the city center. MP welcomed us warmly, and everything was perfect. Thank you for everything.

The private gated parking under the building was a nice bonus. The owner was available but discreet, and the welcome was pleasant, with flexibility around our arrival time. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and very well located, so the beach, shops, market, and everything else are within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Everything is close by, just a 5-10 minute walk from this ideal spot in the heart of Andernos. Parking spaces are easy to access. The accommodation is spacious, very nicely decorated, and has everything you need. We got a fantastic, warm welcome and lots of useful advice, and the arrival and departure times were flexible too 😀
