The apartment had a lovely view of Mont Blanc, and the kitchen was fully equipped, though the pots and pans were badly scratched. The shower and toilet were good, but there was little room for clothes, and the mattress, pillows and duvet weren't comfortable. The location is handy for skiing, with ski-in, ski-out access, a shop and bakery across the road, and plenty of restaurants in the village. The pool felt cold, and the wellness area was chaotic. Children were jumping in unsupervised, and I got splashed while trying to relax. I was also concerned that young children and pregnant women were allowed in the sauna. Noise was the main problem. The people upstairs dragged furniture, banged and dropped things day and night, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel did nothing about it. You can hear everything outside too, as the walls are paper-thin. It's a good place if you don't expect to rest much. I'd love to return to Les Arcs, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Sarah at reception was brilliant when I needed help after a ski accident. I couldn't access my x-rays because of a system fault and needed to contact the hospital, and she went out of her way to help me sort it out. The other reception staff were friendly and helpful too. This was the best ski apartment we've ever had: spacious, clean, well equipped, and well located, with ski-in, ski-out access straight from the boot room.

The rooms are spacious, and the reception and exterior look gorgeous. The pool is nice, though it could be warmer. Cleaning could be better, as a few things were dirty when we arrived. The bed was awful. My neck and back have hurt since the first night. The shower temperature also swung from just right to freezing or extremely hot without warning. Some staff were really nice, while others didn't even say hello back. The elevator close to fast and keeps going even if you try to stop it, so it seems like it could hurt someone's hand or foot. It's a decent place, but at this price I expected more.

After a long day skiing, the balcony was a lovely place to unwind. The apartment was well kept, with good bedding and towels, and the facilities were great. It's in Les Arc 1950, with ski-in, ski-out access, a ski locker and spa facilities. There are also plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. We had a lovely trip and apartment, and I hope to come back soon.

There are lots of nice bars and restaurants for after skiing, and the location is brilliant. The apartment is well maintained, with towels, bedding and a lovely balcony to relax on. Ski-in, ski-out access is easy, and the amenities include a well kept spa and a locker room for ski equipment. A perfect apartment for a ski trip.
