Parking was within a block, maybe 50 meters, depending on availability, and most places in the area were about a 20-minute walk. The owner was kind and accommodating. Upstairs, the apartment has a lovely old-world feel, with the wooden beams still on show and an unused fireplace adding character. The bed was very comfortable. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Eric met us when we arrived, showed us around, and even helped carry our bags to the car, which was really kind. We had a lovely couple of days in the apartment. It's all one room and has everything you need, as well as being very comfortable. There are a few stairs to climb, so keep that in mind if you have heavy bags or trouble carrying them. I recommend this place.

The location gives you ideal access to the city center, and the service was excellent. I stayed in a beautiful, elegant, comfortable room in a stunning setting. Everything was perfect, and this is one of the best places I've ever stayed. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant weekend, and the friendly owner clearly runs the place well. The tram stop is 200m away, and town takes about 20 minutes to reach. The tapestry museum is right next door, while the Maine riverbanks are a 10-minute walk away. There's plenty more to like about the accommodation, but I'll leave it there.
