I went in Tuesday morning to get two Japanese knives and got excellent advice from a really pleasant salesperson. Thanks to him for the great customer service!

I stopped by this morning, January 9, 2026, to buy a professional knife for my grandson, who’s an apprentice. A very welcoming young woman gave me excellent advice. Thank you, and all the best to you!

It’s wonderful to have a shop like this in Angers. It’s packed with culinary treasures, just right for a treat or a gift, and has a wide selection. The welcome is warm, and if you need help afterward, the after sales service is quick and efficient. Long live this business we’ve loved for so long!

I couldn’t find anyone else who could replace the blade on my Laguiole knife, which is over 30 years old. It’s finally been done. With the friendly welcome, helpful advice and timely delivery, I can enjoy this great knife for another 30 years!

Hello. I was extremely disappointed by the gentleman’s reception when I visited on May 23rd. He showed no courtesy at all and came across as almost disdainful. Thanks, though, to the saleswoman who gave me good advice.
