The owner was friendly and helpful, and we had a really pleasant stay. The house had everything we needed and was in a quiet, handy location. There was plenty of space for the whole family, and we loved the pool. We had a wonderful week in the Dordogne, a perfect holiday!
The villa worked well for our group of five adults and three children during our July stay. We enjoyed the peaceful, beautiful setting, plus the barbecue and private pool. It was well equipped and made a good base for exploring the Lot, with activities at Gourdon lake nearby, and the Dordogne, where canoeing is fantastic. Mr. and Mrs. Jarland gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful. Many thanks to them.
We only needed to bring our own food, since the cottage was so well equipped. It’s in a lovely, peaceful spot, and the owner was kind and very friendly. A fantastic cottage that definitely deserves five stars.
