I wouldn’t book this hotel again. The room was far too small for two people and two dogs, especially since we were charged for the dogs. There was nowhere to set down a bag, no drawers or table, and barely any hanging space, just a few shelves. The bathroom itself was a decent size, but the room had no fridge or USB ports, and the lighting was poor. The main light switch was by the door, and I needed a torch to read the fire evacuation information. The location is handy for the highway to and from Spain, with several restaurants nearby, and parking was good. There’s breakfast at the hotel, but no dinner. The receptionist was friendly.

I slept well here. It was a peaceful, nicely decorated hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location worked well for transport and nearby shops. I’d stay again.

I was in Anglet for a week-long research conference and found this the best English-speaking hotel in the area. Angellika at reception was especially friendly and helped us throughout the stay. The rooms were very clean, and we enjoyed the lovely breakfast. I’d recommend it for a stay in Anglet or Bayonne.

Benoit at the front desk was so kind and gave us excellent service. He went above and beyond to help my husband, who has mobility issues, and me. Bravo and a big thank you! We’ll stay here whenever we’re in the area because of the way he treated us.
