The space feels both cozy and grand, with three bathrooms, including one with a sauna and an oversized tub. The design mixes modern luxury with old-world charm, from the exposed beams and French doors to canal views and a rooftop look at the castle. Right in central Annecy, it somehow feels private and tucked away while being only steps from everything. Alexandra was such a thoughtful, generous host, with champagne in the fridge, local cheese to snack on, and a coffee bar ready to go. I’ve stayed here during the Animation Festival, and it makes the whole trip feel unforgettable, like being at home with the style and presence of someone established in the industry. I can’t wait to come back each year.

The living room views are hard to top, and the place was comfortable with everything we needed for a lovely stay. The Loft is a special property in a prime spot in Annecy. Alexandra thought of everything and went above and beyond to make things perfect. We were sorry to leave, but we’ll be back, and wouldn’t choose anywhere else in Annecy.

The loft had lovely modern details and a cozy feel, with plenty of room and big windows that let in lots of light. We had wonderful views across the medieval town and canal, with the lake and mountains farther off. It was a great place to unwind after walking Annecy’s historic streets. Alexandra was accommodating and helpful throughout, which made everything easy. We’d stay here again if we’re in the area.

The windows looked out on a magnificent view, and the location was hard to beat. Everything was pristine and suited our stay perfectly. The modern, clean decor added a lot to the atmosphere.

We felt like we were at a five star resort. The loft is beautiful, right in a perfect spot, with incredible canal views. We loved opening the big window doors and listening to the sounds outside. Alexandra and her company were so accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend!
