We were pleased with the friendly service, especially from the man at reception, and parking was convenient, although the space might be a squeeze for a larger vehicle. The location is very central, with everything in walking distance. Our clean, comfortable room was a newly renovated suite we were lucky to be upgraded to, and it didn’t feel like the rest of the older hotel. Breakfast was the weak spot for us given the price. There weren’t hot egg dishes except for the cook-your-own option. The plant-based milk was only available cold, and nobody was readily around to warm it. It’s a comfortable, well-placed hotel with good service, but breakfast could be better.

The staff were helpful and kind the whole time, and my room was clean and comfortable. It’s close to the city center. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend.

Getting around was easy from here, with the Old Town, train station, and beautiful lake all nearby. The price was good for what we got. Everything in the room and breakfast area was thoughtfully set up: the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom towel rails were heated, the towels were great quality, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was generous and freshly prepared. The reception staff were lovely.

One of my favorite things here is the breakfast. It’s simple, but all of it tastes good. Lake Annecy is close by, and there are plenty of shops around.

A decent, quiet hotel right in the centre of Annecy. The rooms were very nice, and there’s parking, though the ramp is tight.
