The neighborhood was pretty calm, and the owner was helpful. The apartment was spacious and got plenty of light, and it stayed warm. Still, for that price I expected more, especially since some of the appliances were a bit old.

We had a great time in Annecy and will definitely visit the town again. Our clean, fully equipped flat was on the second floor, though it wasn’t luxurious. Rates for August were reasonable, the owners replied quickly, and the private parking beside the hotel was very convenient. It’s not far from the centre.

Everything was clean, and the owner was helpful. The place had what we needed and was perfect for us, about a 15-minute walk into the old town. We were motorcycle touring and stopped for two or three nights. I’d recommend it.
