10/10
The view from our room was breathtaking, looking out over the lake and mountain range each day. The hotel sits beside the lake and parks, close to the old town part of Annecy, and everything was within walking distance. There were lots of shops and Cafes nearby. We loved the beautiful mid modern design, with muted, intimate colours, which was clear as soon as we entered the lobby. The room was thoughtfully laid out, with enough power outlets and a coffee machine. A wonderful stay, nothing to complain about.

8/10
The room and bed were good, and the staff were friendly and nice. Parking was also a good experience, with the hotel covering part of the cost. The shower was weak, at least on the superior floor. The air conditioning settings didn't work as described, and neither did the fan adjustment. To cool the room we had to open the window, but outside noise got in and disturbed what should have been a quiet room.

10/10
The rooms are small but comfortable, and parking is close by. With the hotel's discount it was very reasonable, just ask for their ticket. The maître d’hôtel was wonderfully helpful. It suited our overnight stay well.

We spent a long weekend here and really enjoyed it. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, the service efficient, and the staff friendly and helpful. The atmosphere felt relaxed.

10/10
We had two rooms for one night, one larger room and one double, and both were very nice. The larger room was perfect, with a king size bed, and the price was reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great spot, close to everything, with a park and the lake right outside. We rented bikes and rode around the lake. Breakfast looked good, but we didn't have it.
