The old mill's history is amazing, and the river has a rugged charm as it flows freely. Herve is a wonderfully helpful host, bringing a feast of breakfast to your room above the flowing water. This is the most wonderful place to visit and stay in the region. After evenings in mass market city hotels, you get all the old French charm you’ve been longing for. You can buy the experience like the Moulins, try it.

There's so much to explore here, and it feels both historical and magical. Herve was a great host. We may have missed the breakfast mentioned in other reviews, so we'll have to check on that next time. I'd love to visit again when the sun is higher in the sky. Love it.
