Annemasse Apparts

Worst place in the whole universe.

The manager imposed solutions instead of following the proper procedures for some situations. The website photos also don't reflect what you get. The apartments were filthy, with cockroaches and ants, and the locks were broken, so other people could get in even when the doors were locked. The elevator and stairwell were dreadful, with cigarette butts, cans, and urine everywhere. There were even traces of blood in some apartments and on the landings. A place to avoid at all costs!

We arrived with a baby to find accommodation that was completely unsanitary. The smell of cigarettes was nauseating, and the photos don't capture it. The reception was closed over the December 30 to January 1 weekend, so we had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay, which wasn't easy then. The reception staff seemed to think that not charging us for the room was enough to make up for their lack of respect. We didn't even have towels. Apparently we were meant to use the ones from the freezer! This place should be shut down permanently by the health department. I'll stop there.

The apartment was filthy and nothing like the photos on the websites, which promised a dream at an attractive price. We left the same day because of its condition. There was smelly garbage right outside the entrance, and the shared areas were dirty and neglected. Shameful.
