Hotel Helios

Our sea-view room had a big balcony, and we loved having our morning coffee out there. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, and the staff were warm and attentive. The train station and beach were each two minutes away on foot, with grocery stores and restaurants just 2-3 minutes away too. We stayed six nights and were close to a perfect stay. The Wi-Fi was the one issue, since it wasn’t consistent and needs definite improvement.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and the bookable parking underneath the hotel was a great bonus. Our room had excellent air conditioning, and breakfast was decent and more than suitable. Everything was clean, tidy, renovated, and modern inside, and the price was good. Excellent location too. The whole stay was flawless.

The breakfast spread was lovely and tasty, and it’s an easy walk to the beach, markets, and restaurants. The bathrooms are more spacious than most, and we found the beds very comfortable. The staff all spoke English really well, which helped our group. Nightlife noise can carry, so I’d bring earplugs, and bring your own hair dryer too. The elevators are tiny, just enough for two people. I’d give the hotel about 4.5 stars. Hope that helps someone.

We stayed in October and found the beds very comfortable and the room very clean, with the expected equipment. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful with our questions. The hotel is well placed in Juan Les Pins, near both the seafront and nightlife. Breakfast was what we expected, with a typical mix of hot and cold food. Some facilities need maintenance, though. Parking is available for a fee, and at 20 euros a day it was quite expensive.
