Hotel La Villa Port d Antibes & Spa

We didn’t try the pool because it was a cold day, though it’s definitely a bonus for summer guests. The breakfast buffet had a good range of options. The hotel is right by the waterfront and Antibes center, and our clean, pleasant room on the fifth floor looked out over the water.

The hotel is an easy short walk from downtown and the ocean, with a couple of grocery stores a few blocks away for wine or snacks. There’s a relaxed lobby with a small bar, and a pleasant patio where you can eat outside. Staff were friendly, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. The room layout worked well, the bathroom was very nice, and both the air conditioning and room were quiet. The pool is small, and I wish there were a little gym for lifting weights. Breakfast is well worth getting. There’s a huge selection of eggs, breads, pastries, fruit, cheeses, sliced meat, and coffees from a nice machine. I’d suggest the fifth-floor room with the vaults and sea view. An A+ place to stay.

The parking was easy to find and simpler to navigate than most we’ve encountered nearby. The hotel has interesting decor, nice staff, and a good breakfast. It’s in a quiet spot but still close to the marina and old town. Lovely place.

We came for a long weekend in the coastal sunshine. From our room, we had a wonderful view of the port and mountains, and the sunsets were amazing.
