BEDBUGS! My family and I spent one night here. We arrived late and went straight to sleep, then in the morning noticed hair in the sink, a half-used soap bar in the shower, and blankets that smelled bad. The worst part was finding a bedbug full of blood in our bed. I complained and left after that one night. The owner neither apologized nor refunded me. I’d avoid this place.
The sweetest owner runs this family hotel. It’s simple, with no frills, but you can walk everywhere and the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast. I’d recommend it without hesitation.
The owner’s behavior made this a deeply disappointing stay. She repeatedly seemed not to be sober and made openly racist, discriminatory remarks, particularly toward us, two friends of North African origin. That was completely unacceptable. Guests deserve basic respect, and I can’t recommend this hotel given both the poor service and the concerns this raised for guests’ safety and well-being.
Avoid this place. Our room was run-down and overpriced, and the owner was unpleasant and drunk. She was not welcoming and made discriminatory, aggressive remarks to guests.
After paying, I was told to leave. It started when the key I’d been given didn’t work properly in the lock. The receptionist wouldn’t hear me out, and yelled that I should get out if I wasn’t happy. She seemed drunk, with a bottle on the reception table. I waited an hour before they gave me the correct key. Horrible service.
