We didn't get access to our room until 7:30 PM, despite a scheduled 5:00 PM check-in. Because of the delay, we missed our restaurant reservation and were charged for the no-show. We asked the hotel to cover the extra costs, but nobody has contacted us. Reception said it was “not their responsibility.” The lack of communication, accountability, and care was very disappointing. Mistakes happen, but leaving guests without support and refusing to take ownership is unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to stay away. The service was extremely poor.

The bed was stained, there were dead and live bugs around, and the room smelled musty. Staff were rude, there was no room service, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. They provided no bathroom soap and only one roll of toilet paper for the whole stay, and expected us to take out our own trash. They call it a hotel, but I would've rather stayed at an Airbnb, where at least there's soap. I stayed here for my honeymoon and was sorely disappointed with both Antibes and this place. I wanted a nice honeymoon, and now feel like I have to redo the whole thing. Take pictures before you stay: they tried to charge me a 200 eye damage deposit even though I left the room in pristine condition because I was worried about this. Now I have to deal with them over the deposit and a reimbursement for my stay. They probably won't respond, since they don't even answer Google reviews. It's a disgusting place, and I feel they don't care about people who've put all their hard-earned money into a special once-in-a-lifetime occasion.

The front desk service was super friendly, thanks Hajer, and the place is close to the train station. The rooms are very basic, more like a hostel. There's no soap, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, and there's construction outside. You also have to clean the room before checkout or they'll charge you 85 eur.

The service stood out, everyone was friendly and helpful. The price is very good for what you get, as long as you keep expectations in check. A few things could be better: the internet connection, the gym, and having more cleaning supplies since guests are expected to clean the room before leaving.
