SoBlue Hotel

They advertised a room with three beds, but one was really just a flimsy, cheap fold-out frame with a thin mattress. It was very uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m only here because of a school trip, but if you say there are three beds, there should be three proper beds.

It was okay, nothing more. Our room took a while to be ready, so we went to the water park behind the hotel. We later learned hotel guests were meant to get tickets, but none were given to us. When we asked, they couldn't really reimburse us for the tickets we'd already bought, so we lost that money. They’re supposed to hand out the tickets, but maybe they save a few bucks by skipping a guest or two, so ask for yours if you plan to go. The park itself wasn't great, and we only stayed one night.

The staff were really friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good and had some variety. It was a nice place for kids too: there was always a lifeguard at the pool, and you could borrow floaties for them.

The food and room were both awful. There were pizza boxes scattered around the room, and the bathroom floor and shower were dirty, with black spots. We saw rats all over the place. They served us raw meat, and even after we sent it back, the replacement was raw too. Then a dessert fell, and the waiter picked it up by hand and served it anyway.
