We spent two weeks at Villa Luca Guesthouse in Antibes/Côte-azur in September 2013, and it was a lovely base for enjoying the old town. The room was spacious and the bathroom a good size. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and tucked away on a quiet back street in the heart of historic Antibes, so we could park the car and relax once we arrived. Marché provençal, beaches, and restaurants were all just a short walk away. Véronique was a charming, kind hostess who was always available with the information we needed for exploring the area. We’d happily recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing stay, strolls through « vieil Antibes » by day and night, and a taste of the good life. LDL

Good value for money, with excellent internet as a welcome extra. Shops are close by, and getting around is simple: the train station is an easy walk and the airport bus stop is two minutes away. The apartment is new, clean, well laid out, and has plenty of equipment, including a large TV, washing machine, and ironing board. A handy place for a year at SKEMA in central Antibes, or for a holiday with the beach just steps away.

The hostess is a real highlight, always happy to help with local advice and ideas for places to visit. The apartment is in a tiny, charming street in old Antibes, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and transport. The train station is about 10 minutes away, and the main bus stations are two minutes away. It’s been completely renovated with great taste and has what you need for a stay on the French Riviera: a spacious modern bathroom, TV and internet, a washer-dryer, a fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, a fridge with mini freezer, and air conditioning. A huge thank you to her!

A lovely find in Antibes, with everything you need close by. The spot is very quiet, yet just steps from the amenities. Modern, brand new, and charming. Absolutely perfect!
