The location is hard to beat for walking to town and the beach, and the noise didn’t bother us. Still, the sea-side rooms are right by the train tracks. You can find nearby parking at night, including free spaces, but it isn’t on site and you have to move the car each day. Apparently, children under 7 aren’t allowed. For 100€/night, this is budget accommodation that fits the price, but we wouldn’t return. We booked a room described as “and/or” double sea view, but there was no sea view, and the two twin beds pushed together weren’t the double we paid for as a couple. The rooms are small, the AC is weak, the wifi unreliable, and the small bathroom had mold in the shower. It has a quaint, small boutique hotel feel. The hosts were kind and hands-on, though there were many rules. We put up a do not disturb sign and had also verbally asked for privacy, but they entered our room anyway. Breakfast is simple French style, served from 7-10am.

Villa Nina has the character and personal touches I enjoy when I travel. Stefan and Nina were fun and delightful, and gave us excellent guidance in English whenever we had questions. Our cozy room was clean, and everything felt comfortable and impeccably clean. In the evening we sat on the balcony with wine and bread, looking out over the Mediterranean Sea. The location is great, just steps from the beach.

Villa Nina is the opposite of a large, impersonal modern hotel, which is exactly what I like. It’s a charming 1950's era place, kept impeccably, with a lovely lounge and garden. The owners do everything they can to make you feel at home, and the hotel is steps from the most relaxed stretch of Juan les Pins sandy beach. For me, it’s the ideal spot.

Really nice having the beach just a few steps away. The staff were kind, and breakfast in the cute garden was good. My warning about parking: use the nearest, more visible lot. The other one, a little farther from the hotel, felt too risky. Someone broke my car window and stole my things there. :(
