10/10
We spent two nights at the Ibis Hotel in Paris Sud and had a very good stay, thanks in large part to Nagem at reception. He welcomed us with a genuine smile, handled check-in efficiently, and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and upbeat attitude made a real difference.

It was easy to continue our trip from here because the hotel is near the highway. The staff were helpful and very nice, and the place was clean and comfortable. We had a very good stay and hope to come back on our next trip.

The room was quiet and clean, and the staff were really friendly. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, though the location is a bit out of the way and there’s a lot of construction at the moment. I didn’t like that there are no room phones for contacting staff or making local calls.

The food was okay, but choices were extremely limited and the coffee tasted really terrible. I also didn’t receive a welcome drink. Staff weren’t friendly at all and seemed like they didn’t enjoy their jobs. The WiFi was out for almost my entire stay. My first room’s AC kept me from sleeping, so they moved me, but the bathroom in the other room had a water leak. I had to put up with it and close the bathroom so I could sleep. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. PSCLCNPT is my booking reference.

We were with a group tour. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the hotel is tucked into an inner area. The elevator doesn’t stop on the 2nd floor, which made things difficult with large luggage.
