The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities, and the host was wonderful. It’s in a perfect location. Set in a converted cellar, it also has a small balcony with an incredible view over the river.

The host was welcoming, and the location is ideal for exploring town or hiking nearby. From the small balcony, you get a magnificent view of the Cuisance River and can watch the trout swimming by. It’s very pleasant. The room is very large, with a very large double bed. There’s a small screen for changing, if you want one. The large bathtub is nice, but there’s no shower, so you have to shower in the tub and it’s harder to avoid splashing water into the room. The room isn’t especially bright, though there are plenty of artificial lights.

A lovely restoration of a vaulted room that opens onto the river, right in the city center. There’s a bar terrace next door for night owls, but the window and door are very well soundproofed. All you hear is the river flowing beneath the balcony. Everything was clean, with no sign of smoking, and the owner was welcoming and discreet.
