Hotels can feel much the same, but Djamil and Mounier went beyond what I expected. They were warm and accommodating, not rude at all. I really appreciated what they did. Thank you so much.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. Djamel in particular was very nice and professional.

The restaurant is cute, and it’s handy to eat there before heading out to a concert. My room was clean and smelled really good, like perfume. It was quiet at night, so I could rest even though I was only there for one night. The staff were super friendly. I’d love to visit again.

The breakfast chef was the one bright spot. He was kind, accommodating, and the food was wonderful, five stars for him. The hotel itself gets zero from me. Our rooms weren't clean when we arrived, there were no clean towels, and linens and towels were left everywhere. After housekeeping came, clothing and makeup were missing. The whole first floor, including the lobby, had no AC, and even though we were there during a heat wave, no one warned us the room wasn't fully functional. We asked to move because of the heat and were simply told no, with no effort to check whether another room was open. The power also went out at 6:20am on our second day. They took our money and never fixed the AC during our stay. After walking ten miles a day in Paris, this made the trip miserable for us Americans. It even left me with the impression that we were treated this way because we were American. The service was horrible, and guests were treated like trash.
