Villa des T

Fair price, and the location is good.

The location was good and it was quiet, but this place shouldn't be classed as a bed and breakfast. Our outdated room had an uncomfortable bed and an ancient wardrobe. The bathroom was small and smelled of sewage, though it was adequate. There was no welcome from the owners, just a key box with a phone number, and the so-called breakfast was processed food left in a bag outside the door. There was no free parking nearby. Very disappointing.

For the price, the service wasn't up to standard. We could hear the other guests through the supposedly soundproof room, and there was an unbearable smell. The room also had a noisy little fridge. The key box was the entire "reception," and breakfast was self-service, with bread in a bag hanging on the front door. I don't recommend it.

The location worked perfectly for exploring the heart of Arcachon, and the main beach was just a four-minute walk away. We had a small but comfortable, clean room, with a modern bathroom and the toilet in the room. It came with the basics: a fridge, kettle, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast was self-service, but fresh bread was brought to the door, and the fridge had bread, butter, jam, and orange juice. Sitting out on the balcony for breakfast was fantastic! 😍 Nouria greeted us warmly, though self-check-in is an option too. The price was more than reasonable, especially in peak season in Arcachon. I'd happily return. Thank you, Nouria, and see you soon!
