The room was cozy, practical, and thoughtfully arranged, with very comfortable, high-quality bedding. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by lovely greenery. Breakfast was simple and good, too. Thank you for being so welcoming.

We had a lovely week in the ground-floor apartment. The building is beautiful and decorated with real taste, and the guest room is quiet. Mr. and Mrs. Houdin welcomed us so warmly and were very kind. It’s a great place for a relaxing break, as a couple or with family. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was excellent and clearly high quality, and the outside of the bed and breakfast is immaculate. The rooms are adequate, though the duvet in the room without a balcony was stained. What let us down was the welcome and the communication with the host. There were five of us, all used to staying at bed and breakfasts, and we were disappointed not to receive the level of communication we expected. A warm welcome matters to every guest, and other reviews mention similar concerns. Regrettable.

We only stayed one night, but found the room comfortable and really enjoyed the lovely breakfast. It’s quiet out in the countryside, yet close to the Basque coast, and there’s secure parking on the property. Thank you. We’d recommend this bed and breakfast.
