There isn't much to do in this dormitory-style neighborhood, so I had to head into Paris to go out. The room was basic but clean, and I got a friendly welcome. I had worried about the ring road nearby, but my room had two double-glazed windows and there was absolutely no noise.

This feels more like a hostel than a hotel, since it's largely occupied by people under the care of Child Welfare Services (ASE). A double room costs €80, which still seems relatively expensive for what you might expect from a hotel.
