Audrey is full of useful tips about the area and where to eat, and she’s always happy to answer questions. She’s also very involved in the local community, which feels like a real plus for the region. We spent a wonderful week at Audrey and Micha’s, with good food and plenty of laughter that made it feel like visiting friends. The rooms are beautifully decorated, each looking out over the peaceful garden or pool. Breakfast in the winter garden was delicious, and Micha’s dinners are not to be missed.

We’ll definitely come back when Polly is a little older and wiser. She did occasionally steal a Madeleine or try to play with the chickens, and we felt bad about that! Audrey, Micha and Bacchus gave us such a warm welcome. It’s a lovely place, with a delicious breakfast and food, and even lovelier hosts.

We didn’t want for anything during our stay at the end of May with a group of around fifteen friends. The large garden and pool gave us space to relax, away from noise, and there was plenty of room to eat together at the big table indoors or beneath the glass roof in summer. The kitchen was very well equipped, with a generous worktop. It’s an authentic house with welcoming bedrooms and living areas. I’d highly recommend it for families or groups of friends.

We especially enjoyed the veranda and the family feel of the house. It was a very pleasant stay for our whole family, and the house felt as welcoming as its owner.
