The setting is beautiful, as you'd expect in the Pyrenees, and we plan to return. The hotel is clean, and the reception staff are helpful and friendly. Finding the place was a little complicated because it's not quite where Google navigation shows it. They also had no problem with a dog up to 7kg, which is a big plus for me. Everything else was excellent.

A stinky hellhole. The mattresses were broken, disgusting, and covered in vomit. The bedding was dirty, the toilet hadn't been cleaned, and the whole experience was terrible. Even with the pictures speaking for themselves, the owner wouldn't give me a refund.

The location, window view, and Wi-Fi were good. The hotel itself is old and past its prime, though the photos hide that. Bedroom furnishings were IKEA standard, and water pipes made the room noisy. If you're a light sleeper, good luck. The bathroom felt like my grandma's house, OLD. The staff tried to be nice, but COVID rules weren't followed in the lobby, during interactions, or at breakfast. We all have to do our part for everyone's good. No exceptions.

The hotel is pretty average, but the restaurant is amazing, one of the best I've ever been to.
