There’s a sea view from this large, clean building. It’s well insulated, has an elevator and concierge service, and provides secure access to the beach.

The location is great, and the concierge is very nice. The building is really clean, though it’s a shame some neighbors forget they’re not the only ones here.

Once you’ve parked, it’s easy to enjoy a pleasant stay on foot. The beach is practically right there, and the long promenade runs all the way to the port, with shops and entertainment at the far end. Parking isn’t assigned, but there are a few spots in front of the building and a municipal lot across the street. The apartment is small but well equipped, with everything needed for two people and a small pet. It gets good light without becoming too hot, and the fans were enough. It suits people of average build. Great!
