We came 1,000 km and stayed for a week with our children, but left very disappointed. The mobile home was old and dirty, and the managers and security staff were so rude. They never listened to customers or seemed to care about their comfort or satisfaction, just invoices and bills. It didn't feel like a holiday at all. I wonder how this place, Al sol, got four stars. It doesn't deserve them. One star, or none, would be enough.

The website showed vacancies, but when we went to book, a very rude man refused to help because we didn't speak French, even though he understood English perfectly. We'll avoid this campsite, and many of our camping friends will too.
