Rachel was a magnificent host, and the room had what I needed for an affordable stay in Nice during summer. It was clean, in a lovely secure location next to the train station, and had a powerful shower, kitchenette, comfortable bed, A/C, WiFi, and an iron. The balcony looked out over the trams and passersby, but the room was quiet at night and I had no concerns. I chose it so I could easily visit other places, and it fit the bill. The sea and old town are a short walk away.

We felt very warmly welcomed. The room was small but clean, with everything we needed. The apartment is well placed near the train station, a tram stop, a supermarket, and several restaurants, and it's about a 20 minute walk from the center. We had a really nice stay. :)

The flat was roomy enough for two, with a good sized bathroom and plenty of kitchen equipment, utensils, and cutlery for cooking. Even with a busy street location, there was hardly any noise. The building's concierge is a lovely lady, and our host was lovely too. The location was perfect for us: five minutes on foot to the tram and train station, which we needed for trips to Monte Carlo and Cannes. Good restaurants, coffee places, and takeaways are next door, and many attractions are walkable. I'd definitely recommend it!

The studio was neat and lovely, and the balcony looking over Avenue Jean Médecin was a real highlight. The air conditioning was great too. It’s easy to get around: the tram stop is right outside, the airport tram is nearby, and the beach is a 15-20 minute walk. There are supermarkets and bakeries close by as well. Rachel welcomed me with a map and invited me to get in touch if I had any questions or problems. I’d happily book Studios Floréal again on my next trip to Nice.

The room was lovely, and the flat had everything I needed, from a microwave and kettle to a toaster and kitchenware. Being so close to Nice Ville train station was very convenient. I’d stay here again.
