Really bad service, and the person was very unfriendly. On our way back from Spain, we called twice and sent a message to say we'd be arriving a little after 19:30. Then at 19:42, the madam told us we couldn't arrive at 21:00, she couldn't leave a key, and she would cancel the booking. We had to pull over on the highway and book another room in Spain. Maybe the rooms are nice, but the service was zero. I'd strongly recommend finding somewhere else. I'll complain to Booking about the service and the trouble this caused.

They won't let you check in after 19:00, even if your train gets in later. They seem not to have heard of key lockers, which are standard on Airbnb. I asked more than a week ahead to cancel, but they still kept my money, haha. They wouldn't make an exception or show any flexibility, and seem to have no interest in improving the service with a key locker, which really isn't rocket science. Very poor attitude toward clients.

A cozy place with a colorful, pleasant standard room. The owner was really nice, and there's a lovely garden full of plants.

Good value for the money, and the owners were very friendly, as was their dog.
