The staff were kind and polite, and the price is reasonable. The rooms felt cold and smelled of cigarette smoke, though, so I wouldn't choose it for a comfortable stay. Fine if all you need is somewhere to sleep before heading out.

The room was in terrible shape and very poorly cleaned, and the hotel was poor value for the money. We also waited a long time at reception while the staff were unresponsive. It's far from the city center, which made the stay inconvenient. The worst hotel I've stayed in, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The Vosges routes and scenery are close by, and there's a large supermarket and a gas station nearby too. I was traveling alone on my motorcycle and wanted to keep costs down, so this place suited me perfectly. I'm sure there are better options, but I had a lovely time here :)

There’s a lot of potential here, but it needs proper management. The bathroom was filthy, with hair in the shower, and there was no towel warmer. The three staff members wandering around in slippers came across as totally unprofessional. Such a pity. I’ll avoid this hotel at all costs. BB Lumieres, on the other side of town, was the complete opposite in every way.

The location is good. The room was plain but clean, and the small, slightly dated shower still worked fine.
