The gardens are stunning, especially if you like taking photos, and they made me feel completely transported. Inside, the themed rooms were clean and beautifully kept, while the house itself had a warm, charming atmosphere shaped by travels abroad and artistic talent. Adrien was attentive and went out of his way to make our stay special. Communication was very good, and he offered lovely excursion ideas and helpful restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was a treat, especially the seed bread, and he had thoughtful little touches for vegetarians. We only wish we'd stayed longer. This guesthouse in Argilliers is absolutely not to be missed.

Google Maps sent us a little too confidently to the house next door at first, which turned out to be the neighbor's place, so keep an eye on the directions. Our one-night stop at Bastide de Boisset was part of a road trip north in an old car, and Adrien gave us a super warm welcome. We were lucky to enjoy the entire building, which has been restored remarkably well. We may come back to spend more time in the region. Have a good season!

The Chinese chickens with their ruffled feathers, the goldfish in the pond, and all the lovely flowers made for a peaceful treat for the eyes and ears. The room was more like a superb suite, set in a beautiful, relaxing place, and we really enjoyed the warm welcome during our one-night stop. Sharing a very pleasant meal with the hosts felt genuinely convivial, and breakfast with homemade jams was a real treat too. Thank you, Hadrien, for your kindness.
