I saw and booked this studio in early 2023, but decided I couldn't stay. The location felt very shabby, and inside it was dark and depressing. The online photos were accurate in the sense that the place resembled them, and I don't think it was dirty, but the actual experience fell far short of the high expectations the reviews had set. I'm now suspicious of those reviews. The owner first refused a refund, then offered half, and later asked me to remove my Booking.Com review because it hurt her business. I declined. People need honest reviews.

The hosts welcomed us warmly, and the accommodation matched the pictures on the booking site. It's inside Arles' city walls, with amenities close by, so the location worked very well. We'd stay there again on our next visit to Arles.

You can walk from the studio to all the points of interest in Arles, and there’s free parking and shopping open until 8 pm nearby. Inside, it’s spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with a proper bed, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and Netflix. The owners were charming and attentive. Perfect for a short visit! The apartment was spotless, handy to all the shops, and the owner was really friendly. I highly recommend it.
