The little booklet from the kids' club was a lovely keepsake to take home. There’s a nice range of activities too, some cost extra, though the prices aren’t excessive. Staff were friendly and attentive, and that made the stay pleasant for adults and children. Meals are served at the table, with buffets sometimes offered for starters and dessert. The food was good, though I’d expected more local dishes from a place described as authentic. The building and renovations feel quite old, and some of the work isn’t well done. Even with that first impression, we ended up having a good stay. It’s a simple, friendly club.

The grounds have lovely big trees, and when the weather’s good, you can eat lunch and dinner outside. It’s a modest, welcoming place with clean rooms, though the amenities aren’t new. The staff are charming and the value for money is very reasonable. The pool isn’t heated, but it’s nice in summer.

The manager and staff were attentive, and we were very happy with our stay. New Year’s Eve was a real treat, with a DJ bringing a fantastic atmosphere. I’d highly recommend the resort.

Our 43 family guests were served plated meals by staff who were attentive and very professional. The tables looked lovely with linen tablecloths and matching napkins.
