The room was small, but immaculate, and ideal for the price. It felt lovely, clean, comfortable, safe and central, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The friendly staff, late check-out options and location are reasons we’ll definitely return. Breakfast was just great, with eggs, sausages, cheeses, hams, yoghurts, grains, berries and delicious patisseries. It costs very little for kids, and set my 5 yo daughter up for the day. A pleasant surprise, it completely exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good work!

I tried to stop here on the way south during the Christmas market, but there was nowhere to park and no way to reach the property by car. I called the supposedly 24/7 reception six times and got no answer. Then I went to the chain’s other hotel in town, hoping they’d be flexible and understanding. They weren’t. I asked for a refund and would even have accepted a partial gesture, but the staff were incredibly rude and told me, “it wasn’t their problem you had no place to park”. I’d suggest not making your custom their responsibility either.

The rooms are small and basic, but the beds were super comfortable and we got a great night’s sleep. The hotel was clean and tidy, with lots of parking nearby, and right in the centre of Arras. The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. For the price and location, this is really good value.

The highlight of my time in Arras was visiting the Carriere Wellington. I’m grateful to the friendly person at reception who encouraged me to go and take the tour, and took the time to explain that it was worth it. Thank you!

Parking can be tricky, since you need to use an outdoor public car park, though it’s very close to the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the staff really friendly.
