We had a spacious, comfortable suite, with a well-equipped small kitchen and wonderful views over the square. We’d booked a junior suite and upgraded. The location is outstanding, with secure underground parking across the street, good restaurants nearby, and an easy find about an hour from Calais. Breakfast was superb. Thoroughly recommend.

The hotel is well located, nicely designed, and the staff are friendly, but my stay was a real mix. There was a rave next door, which isn't the hotel's fault, but the booming bass kept me awake all night. I even recorded it on video. The room's coffee machine didn't work, and although the showers look well designed, they were poorly installed. A damp wood rot smell filled the room. Breakfast was disappointing too. The other broken coffee machine hadn't been fixed, and the flies people have mentioned were still around in the middle of winter. I also saw staff top up the beans with decaf, when I kind of need caffeine in the morning. Maybe I'd try again.

The room was lovely, and we were made to feel welcome with really helpful service. Breakfast was good too. We had a great stay and hope to come back someday.

That loft room was amazing, somehow grand and cozy at once. I stayed a couple of weeks ago and would come back, though a few things weren't ideal. The bathroom had no door, the fridge smelled awful, and breakfast items weren't replenished when they ran out. That was a problem with two hungry teenagers along.

Our family of five stayed in a third-floor apartment on the way to Provence, looking out over the Grand-Place d’Arras. The hotel sits in a wonderful spot, in one of the striking scalloped gable ends along the square. Inside, the decor is modern and well designed, with lots of monochrome and good lighting. The room was well equipped, with a mezzanine holding a second double bed and a comfortable sofa bed for two. The bathroom is semi-open plan. Our children are young, so showering without a door wasn't an issue, but families with older kids might need someone to leave the room while another person uses the bathroom. There's a coffee pod machine, though it isn't Nespresso. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We'll certainly return to this welcoming hotel.
