The restaurant food was excellent, and the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our week at Chateau Fage. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with a lovely setting among the vines, and it also suited disabled guests. We were in the area to buy a house and look forward to bringing plenty of holiday guests to the restaurant.

The Sunday brunch was a real treat, and we enjoyed the restaurant a lot. We went out to a local place for dinner on Sunday because we'd read the restaurant was closed that evening, but it didn't measure up to Chateau's restaurant. We stayed at the start of September and loved this cute spot. We were glad we picked the chateau, especially for the air conditioning and swimming pool.

From the grounds and staff to the restaurant choices, everything made this one of our most unbelievable travel experiences. Staying somewhere like this felt truly unique. It was affordable in early September, and we can't recommend it highly enough.

The dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and check-in and checkout were easy and personal. This peaceful chateau sits among vineyards, with helpful staff. There is a pool, though we didn't use it. We were there in May, so the lack of AC wasn't an issue; with the windows open at night, we had a breeze and the fountain's water was soothing. The drive from Bordeaux airport had lovely scenery. It's between St Emilion and Bordeaux, making a good base for exploring the wine regions.

The restaurant dinner was amazing, with lovely presentation and a delicious, creative menu. We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Fage this week, and loved the stunning location among the vineyards. The service, rooms, gardens and staff were all first class. We love dog so much that we've booked to return in September!
