Best Western Linko Hotel

The staff made me feel welcome, were always willing to help, and could speak English with non-French speakers like me. Breakfast was very good, and I never left hungry. The hotel is right in the town center, close to Monoprix, plenty of restaurants, and even a laundromat, all within walking distance. I booked three weeks at Best Western Hotel Linko, from 29 October to 20 November, though I’d originally planned to stay only two. The Superior room was comfortable and roomy enough for one person. There’s no microwave, but staff were happy to heat food whenever I asked. I moved up to a Prestige room for my final week because I needed more space. This is my favorite hotel whenever I’m in Aubagne. Thanks to the staff!

The room was clean and comfortable, just right for a short stop. There was a lot of construction nearby, so we had to drive around a bit before we found the place.

We had a nice balcony for relaxing or getting some work done, and the WiFi was good. The shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. The rooms seemed recently refurbished and were in excellent, well-kept condition. It’s a really decent hotel in a good spot in Aubagne, directly across the square from food and drink options. Marseille is about a 25-minute taxi ride away, with Bolt or Uber the best options.

Breakfast was very good, and although my room was small, it was nice and clean. I was glad there was secure parking at no extra cost. The hotel is in the city center, but I didn’t find the city itself very safe-looking.
