The terraced houses come in different sizes. Our unit was for three, though it could sleep four in two double beds. Downstairs there's a small kitchenette with two hobs and a microwave/oven, plus a sofa bed, table and chairs, TV, and toilet. Upstairs are the bathroom, without a toilet, and a bedroom for two. The residence is not far from Auberville and has a swimming pool, though it's only open from May. Great place for the price.

We left a day early. The place is more worn and dilapidated than the misleading Google photos suggest, and it feels expensive for what you get. The shower was mouldy, the table tennis table was warped and had no net, and the children's play park was broken and unsafe. Breakfast was limited, with cereal but no milk; when we asked, they said there'd be more the next day, but there wasn't. There were no eggs either, and the bouncy castle was never inflated. On the plus side, the shower water was hot and the multisports area was fun for football and basketball.

The accommodation is small but good value, and the pool was good. With no management around overnight, a group held a very loud outdoor party until 3am. That may suit some guests, but it wasn't ideal while travelling with young children.

The reception was inflexible during high season, and you shouldn't expect to check in before 16:00. The houses are used and could be cleaner. Still, it's an okay resort, with a great playground for kids and a very good pool with a roof.
