4/10
The grounds are lovely, but the poor customer service made the place feel cold and left me wanting to go. The food and service don’t come close to a five-star rating: the menu is very limited and uninspiring, and the prices are far too high. A disappointing visit.

The castle itself is beautiful, with its moat and stone gate, and staying in one of its rooms gives the place a unique, luxurious feel. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, and all the staff were polite and courteous. We also had a great time eating at small restaurants in nearby towns, where the owners were so friendly. I’d highly recommend booking a room in the castle.

The restaurant looked nice and the presentation was great, but the prices didn’t feel worthwhile and it didn’t live up to a five-star rating. The rooms were lovely, and the location is stunning. The golf course is well kept, though it may not be a premium course. I’d definitely recommend this place for a relaxing golf break or a romantic getaway. I stayed for two nights.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, just paid to use the spa, and absolutely loved the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lunch on the terrace afterwards was delicious, with impeccable service. We’d highly recommend it and hope to come back one day.

A huge, peaceful property in the middle of nowhere, with a beautiful golf course and an excellent spa. It’s about 45 mins from Paris, and such a treat. The rooms are amazing, with high ceilings and 1800 architecture, and they’re big too, which is hard to find in Europe. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. I’ll make this one of my favourite hotels to visit often when I’m going to France. It’s a great place to stay if you have your own car outside Paris.
