Suzanne made us feel welcome and was always friendly and helpful. We could have dinner there and stay in, and she even put together a full picnic basket for lunch elsewhere. The apartment had a big garden around it, plus a small, pleasant indoor pool and massages available on request. Breakfast each morning came with delicious fresh-baked croissants and pain du chocolate. Calling this a bed and breakfast doesn't really cover it. A lovely place to unwind.

That garden felt like a warm little Eden, full of herbs, flowers, plants and fruit trees, and every space was clean and smelled good. We loved being able to walk to the riverside in 2 mn, explore the area, or have a swim before a romantic dinner. The breakfast was tasty, and made by a real chef. We came to @iletaituneferme for @lesnuitssecretes festival and were welcomed so warmly. It's one of my favorite spots around Aymeries, Aulnoyes-Aymeries, a surprisingly amazing green getaway worth traveling for.

So peaceful here, and the lady running the place is really nice.

The setting is lovely, with a towpath just behind the guesthouse for a walk, and the Glass Museum and New Zealand Liberation Museum are interesting places to visit nearby. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade Vietnamese lemon jam. Our room was beautifully decorated and well equipped, and that high bed was fantastic. We couldn't use the pool because of a small problem, though it was resolved, so hopefully next time. Thanks to Suzanne for the warm welcome and the quality of the place. We recommend it without hesitation.
