I’d recommend this place to anyone. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were visible from our room, and other guests seemed to be enjoying them. We didn’t have time to try them ourselves. Breakfast was lovely, with waffles, pancakes, bread, jams, chocolate spread, and cheese. I’m usually not keen on waffles or pancakes, but these were so good that now I’m curious about the recipe. The room was modern and had everything we needed, including air conditioning and heating. The shower was modern too, and the large round bed was 2.5 metres across, so even at nearly 2 metres tall I fit comfortably. It might be worth finding a bathroom lamp that works better for taller people, though. I bumped into it almost every time, which got annoying. Sharing that round bed with two large people isn’t always easy, but we made it work. The place is tucked away in the landscape. From outside, the older-looking house doesn’t suggest there’s a modern bed and breakfast inside. The owners happened to arrive just as we did, so getting in was easy. Otherwise, we only needed to ring the bell. They greeted us warmly and showed us straight to our room. We had a great time and would come back if we’re in the area. Thanks for having us!
