B&B HOTEL Auray Carnac

We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed it. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very nicely presented, and the staff we met were kind and helpful. Breakfast was first class, with plenty to choose from. The hotel was easy to find, and we could walk into Auray for food and drinks, which suited us well since we had our two small dogs with us.

We stopped here for one night on our route. The space is very clean and well used. The rooms aren't large, but had just what we needed for a night's sleep. Good value for the price. Probably not the place for a longer holiday, though.

Breakfast had a nice range of cheese and yogurts, which I found filling, plus different breads that weren't quite enough for me. I liked the coffee choices. The room was clean, and the water temperature was fine. The toilet was oddly positioned facing the wall, so I had to sit sideways. You could also hear some noise from other rooms.

We appreciated how easy it was to come and go with the access code, and the parking was convenient. The reception staff we met were friendly and helpful, and nobody disturbed us during the stay. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well. It’s a budget hotel beside a road in a commercial area, without much charm, but it has what you need for a good night's sleep and as a base for exploring. I was glad we could bring our dog without an excessive extra charge, and there was a handy little path nearby to walk her.
