The hostess made us feel so welcome, and the place was wonderfully peaceful. I only wish we’d had more time there. I’d happily recommend it.

We barely had time to enjoy the lovely setting since we arrived late and left early for the train. The rooms were great, and the grounds have stables, an orchard, horse fields, and woods behind them. It’s a good French B&B near the tunnel. I’d like to come back and explore properly.

We had a family room made up of two separate bedrooms, which worked well. The hosts were very friendly and suggested a great place for dinner nearby. Breakfast was good and timed so we could make our ferry. A lovely little chambre d'hote.

The farm has such a lovely mix of animals, from horses, cows, donkeys, and all kinds of birds to the sweetest cat. It’s a great place for a relaxing weekend or week in the real French countryside. The guest rooms are in two renovated outbuildings and feel very cozy. Our upper room looked out over the barn, and guests can use the kitchen and dining room in the lower area. Breakfast is served in the family’s main house, built in the 1650's. La Madame et le Monsieur are very friendly!

The French country feel is lovely, with lots of hand-painted tiles and exquisite furnishings. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is very handy for channel crossings. Absolutely charming.
