Renoir Paris Montparnasse Hotel

I booked by mistake, then called to cancel before the cancellation deadline. They still charged me 1200dkk even though I never stayed. When I called about it, they were rude and aggressive. Never book here, I mean it.

This kind of hotel was really bad. We were only going to choose it for the price and the metro nearby. You'd just use the small room to sleep.

The AC in my room didn't work, and after cleaning, the staff left my door open and unlocked. When I needed a passport-size photo for the Paris Metro pass, he offered to take our passports and copy the photos. I didn't trust him at all. We booked one room, but he gave us two so he could charge double and make more money.

The location is perfect, and I guess that's why you can get a good price, though the hotel quality suffers. I'd have to compare other hotels nearby. The extra bed blocked the bathroom door, so using it while someone slept meant waking them. The old wood floor was badly scratched by the sofa bed. There was no hand soap, body wash, or shampoo, and neither the TV connection to WiFi nor the WiFi itself worked. I'd stay again since we only used the room to sleep, but the bathroom and missing soap really annoyed me.
