Black Door

Coming back after a full day in the city felt like settling into a cozy retreat. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a modern feel. Black Door Apartments Hotel is also in a lovely Parisian neighborhood, with cafés, boutiques, and the metro close by, so it worked perfectly as a base for exploring. The staff made the stay especially memorable. Every exchange felt warm and personal, and Lynn and Marisa were particularly kind and attentive, going out of their way to make things right. We’d happily return, and recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, style, and a welcoming feel in central Paris.

Emma at the concierge desk really went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. We had a fantastic stay with the family at Black Door Paris. The property is kept beautifully, is in a good location, and has a comfortable, upscale feel. We also enjoyed the unusual gym setup. Herve was warm and helpful, too, thanks for the great hospitality and advice.

Emma at the front desk was a huge help when we had trouble with the bathroom's hot water. She spent hours speaking with the booking agent to arrange a discount for the inconvenience, and we really appreciated her effort. We were visiting Pairs as a family for the first time, and enjoyed staying in this apartment hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the location worked well for shopping, sightseeing, and meals. We'll definitely stay again. Merci beaucoup!

The staff were the best part of our stay. Everyone, from housekeeping to the concierge and front desk, went out of their way for us, and we came away feeling like they were friends. The whole complex was very clean and felt safe, and it was clear how much pride people took in their work. Our room was lovely, with a kitchen and washer and dryer that made a big difference. There’s a market, restaurants, a grab and go place, and some nice shops just down the street, with other areas an easy walk away. After long days on foot, having a spa and pool in the apartment was such a treat. We can’t wait to get back to Paris and stay here again. Highly recommend this gem behind the Black Door.
