The breakfast buffet was good by Ibis standards, and the room was comfortable. Reception was friendly, and the hotel is conveniently right next to the railway station. Ibis hotels are usually a safe choice, with a good standard and the same room layout in different cities.

The room smelled of toilet cleaning products all night. I thought it had just been cleaned and the smell would fade, but it kept smelling bad. It was also very cold, even with the hot air set to maximum, and so noisy that we had to sleep in sweaters.

The receptionists made my stay smooth. They were amazing, always smiling and ready to help. The rooms were clean, breakfast was nice, and it’s easy to walk straight to the old town. Bravo, I hope to see you soon. ☺️

It’s well located in the city center, right beside the train station, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good too. Parking is at the train station park, which is a bit expensive, but hotel guests can get a 20% discount. It’s quite convenient if you have a car.

The room was clean and enough for one or two nights. The location is ideal if you don’t want to haul luggage more than 50 meters. Avignon is a small town with flat, uncobbled sidewalks, though, so other hotels within 500 meters are an option if walking isn’t a problem. We skipped breakfast since there are cafes a five minute walk away, and eating outside felt more French.
