The garden and pool were such a good place to unwind, and the house has a nice old-meets-new feel with art on the walls. We were also right near everything in Avignon, though our street stayed quiet. Olivier and Laurence were the real highlight: they helped us get oriented when we arrived and had already shared useful suggestions while we were planning. We’d happily stay with them again if we come back.

After exploring the area, we loved sitting in the garden, and the room was very comfortable. Out of all the places we stayed on our trip around France, Les Jardines de Barcane was our favorite spot to rest after a long day on the road. The garden was dreamy, and breakfast had been set up with so much care. I was blown away by how beautiful and welcoming the guest house felt. It’s the loveliest one we’ve ever stayed in. Don’t hesitate to book with Olivier!

We stayed in the suite, which was spacious and nicely appointed, and the much-loved gardens gave us a welcome break after sightseeing. When my daughter and I visited in April 2025, the hosts greeted us so warmly and shared great ideas for what to see nearby. Olivier even arranged a tour for us, and we had a delightful time. I’d highly recommend it and hope to return.

After a day exploring Avignon, having a decent-sized pool to cool off in was a real plus. Breakfast was lovely too, with local products in a beautiful setting, and the honey was the best I’ve ever tried. It’s a peaceful little haven with lovely rooms and a backyard, and the welcome and service feel personal and private. Minette is a hidden star. We’d come back without hesitation, especially if we wanted to avoid an anonymous chain hotel.
